Sir Rat Leather Sponsorship Guidelines

Sir Rat Leather & Gear is proud to support events, organizations, and titleholders that strengthen and uplift the leather, kink, and LGBTQIA+ communities. To ensure fairness and alignment with our values, we ask that all sponsorship requests follow the guidelines below.

Eligibility

We consider sponsorship for:

  • Leather, kink, and LGBTQIA+ events

  • Titleholders and recognized contests

  • Charity fundraisers and community initiatives

  • Educational and cultural programs

Priority is given to events and individuals who demonstrate professionalism, community impact, and charitable involvement.

Request Process

All requests must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the event and include:

  • Name and organization/title

  • Event description, date, and location

  • Beneficiary charity (if applicable)

  • Estimated attendance

  • Type of sponsorship requested

  • Sponsorship deadline

Expectations

Sponsored partners are expected to represent Sir Rat Leather professionally and acknowledge our support when possible.

Limitations

Due to volume and alignment standards, Sir Rat Leather does not sponsor:

  • Requests submitted past the deadline

  • For-profit events without community benefit

  • Individuals, organizations or contests whose conduct conflicts with our values and does not follow the same guidelines as the 3 main international contests: IMsLBB, IPTC, and IMLBB. 

  • We recognize the important role titleholders hold within our community and the responsibility that comes with that visibility. Titleholders that are sponsored by us are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, respect, and leadership throughout their title year.

    As part of our commitment to these standards, we expect your organization to conduct background checks on all applicants. Individuals who are registered sex offenders should not be eligible to hold a leather title.

    These measures are in place to protect the integrity of the titles and to honor the trust our community places in those who represent them.

  • All sponsorship decisions are made at our discretion.
