Returns & Exchanges:

If your item isn’t what you expected, or doesn’t fit or feel the way you hoped, you may return it within 15 days of purchase or delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • For exchanges (different size, color, or style), you may either:
    • Place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund, or
    • Visit any store location for an immediate exchange if the item is available.
  • Returns and exchanges must be in original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging intact and include the receipt.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items:

  • Adult toys (including dildos, inflatables, insertable, and cock rings)
  • Custom leather work after delivery
  • Swimwear and underwear
  • Cleaning products if opened
  • Clearance or discounted items

Custom Orders:

  • Custom leather orders are non-refundable after delivery.
  • We strongly encourage customers to verify sizing and specifications prior to purchase. 
  • If adjustments are needed for proper fit, contact us — we are happy to work with you to ensure satisfaction.

Leather Warranty:

We stand behind the quality of our leather work. If any of our leather products experience defective hardware or craftsmanship issues, we offer repair services for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.
Please contact us directly to arrange repairs.

How to Return or Exchange Items:

  • For In-store returns, please visit the store you purchased the item at.
